Our policy is for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?
If you have a major problem with any service offered by Languages World or a minor problem that could not be resolved in a reasonable amount of time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, at any time:
Non-delivery of product: due to some shipping problems with your email provider or your own mail server, you may not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery should be sent to the “Billing Department” via our contact page within 3 days of the order being placed. Otherwise, the service will be considered received and downloaded;
Download and decompression problems: you may have problems downloading or decompressing the product. Complaints regarding such issues should be sent to the “Customer Service Department” via the contact page. If you do not communicate with us properly during this period, you agree that we may interpret silence as a successful download of the product without further right of repair or refund for a “download problem” reason. If you do not receive assistance in downloading or unzipping within 3 days, your refund may be refused;
Major defects: Although all services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. These issues must be submitted to our technical support team for approval. We reserve the right to correct the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we do not correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensation or refund. Or, at Customer’s option, replacement product may be offered for the same or approximately the same value; failure to notify the Customer Service Team in a timely manner may result in delayed resolution of the problem.
Product not as described: these problems must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 3 days of the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided to show that the service purchased is not as described on the website. Complaints that are simply based on false expectations or customer wishes are not fulfilled.
Please note that we do not assume any liability and therefore do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on the incompatibility of our services with any third party software (add-ons, plug-ins, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We do not guarantee that our services are fully compatible with any third party software and we do not provide support for third party applications.
